California

I recently got back from California. A great trip! Everyone needs to go to California at least once in their life.

I was able to meet Bert's family and see Katie, friend from college. We went to the beach, drove past every cool place in LA (or at least it seemed like that), saw Beverly Hills...that's where I want to be, livin' in Beverly Hills, saw the WB tower, back lot of Universal studios and a ton of other cool places...like going to Disneyland!!!

The best part was getting to see Ambassador College. We were able to go into any building we wanted basically and see everything. It was my first time there and it was incredible. The auditorium was so beautiful. There's such a sense of awe and magesty in there. We also got to see Mr. Armstrong's gravesite which was great. It was amazing to see what all this one man did in his lifetime to honor God. I really need to sit down and finish his autobiography. Emily finished it and was super impressed, so I need to too.

I'm currently looking for reporting jobs. I've applied to a couple, need to apply to more. Somedays it feels like I'm always searching and never finding. Eventually, I will find though.

Oh, and more about Cali - We went to the beach. Ah, the beach. I miss the beach. I think I could live in the ocean. If I had gills or was a mermaid. I'd like to be a mermaid. Especially in California. A mythical creature of the water, unless I was a mermaid, because I'm pretty sure I'm not mythical. But then again, I could be wrong. Ok, I'm starting to ramble and I should get ready for work soon.

BTW: I can hold my breath for 2 minutes under water. Maybe I am becoming a mermaid...
