Thankful
Today I am thankful for my sister. She's the absolute greatest. So talented. She writes the perfect word and brings back a rush of emotion in memories we share. She's so smart, sweet, kind and I'm the luckiest to have her as my sister. No one else can have her...well, unless he's cute and tall and perfect for her.
So, I am trying to make bread. Last night I made the starter. It was suppose to go into the fridge over night. It happened to like sitting on the counter, so it did. Several times I thought about the bread, thought, put it away before bed, but did I? Nope. So, this morning I did. Then I was mixing the stuff all together and didn't put the flour in. I read the recipe, but totally missed ADD FLOUR. So yeah, I waited an hour for water, yeast, salt and a starter to rise. So, I did it again, this time with flour. It rose, beat it down, and am letting it rise again.
Also, I am working on a quilt top. It was going fine, I was ironing the seams OPEN. I called mom, she said you're suppose to iron them to the SIDE. Oh well. She said it'd work fine. I'm getting everything backwards today.
I've got to go beat some bread...

Well...at least you didn't forget to add any important ingrediants to the bread. I mean, seriously, you don't need flour that bad...
P.S. you're my favorite-est sis, too! :P
